3. If I were strangded 30 miles from home late at night due to a car breakdown, I have at least one close friend/loved one who would drop everything and come and get me.
4. When I am overwhelmed with too many things to do, I find it easy to ask other people to help me.
5. I am able to say no to helping others when I already have too much to do.
6. I am able to communicate fairly easily and tell people when I am bothered by their actions.
7. I find that I am often forgetful or indecisive because I have too much on my mind.
8. I find that I often have a short fuse and anger easily.
9. I am able to recognize when I am stressed and find time to exercise, meditate, or practice other relaxation.
10. I feel that I have control over the things that happen to me in my life.

≥ 35 Your methods of controlling stress appear to be excellent.
25-34 Your stress-relatee behaviors are above average. However you may need to examine some areas.
16-24 You may be in need of stress management strategies. Consider areas where you could make improvement.
≤ 15 Consult with a person specializing in stress management.
