Dietary Analysis

Step 1
You have already written down and done preliminary analysis on your diet for two typical days. You should have your journal sheets and the nutritional computer analysis printouts for your two days. Remember accuracy of the assessment depends on: how typical the diet that you wrote down is for you, how thorough you recorded your food and drink intake, and how accurately you recorded and calculated portion sizes.
Step 2
Now you will be using that information to further analyze the percent composition of macronutrients in your dietary record. For this part just chose one of the computer analysis for your dietary intake. Choose the one you believe to be most accurate in representing your average daily intake.
