| Description | Cetacean subgroup Odontoceti. Distinct coloration, black with white on lateral flanks. White on edges of dorsal, pectoral and tail flukes is a function of age. Caudal peduncle highly keeled giving appearance of downward angled tail. Size: up to 2.5 m, 220 kg. |
