Description

Suborder Yangochiroptera, formerly Microchiroptera. Long ears for a myotis, >16 mm, not close together. Light color, dark face and ears. Larger than P. hesperus. Uropatagium not distinctly fringed, calcar not keeled.

Skull Characteristics

Myotis genus has rostrum narrower than braincase, rounded arches, 2 upper incisors. Vespertilionidae familiy, lower incisors are trifid.
