Most people don't enjoy journaling,
thus most don't. It can be time consuming, tedious, and boring. However,
journaling has been found to be one of the best ways to help individuals
keep on track in reaching their health/fitness goals. The ScoreCard is
a simple overview of your weeks eating and activity patterns to see if
you are on track in your health/fitness related goals - and only takes
a couple of minutes each day to use. Using the ScoreCard at least once
a month will alert you to any changes in your eating and/or activity patterns.
The sooner you catch negative health behavior patterns, the sooner you
can do something about them - before they become ingrained habits.
