Talk with a priest, minister or other religious leader about the role of giving in their church,synagogue,mosque,or other religious organization. How do they encourage acts of giving and voluntarism among their constituents? Do they encourage giving and volunteering outside of the church setting? How are contributions to the church/religious organization used (e.g. religious instruction, aid to others, construction, educational services)? What is their core message or teaching about giving for today's parishioners?" Post your findings on the discussion board.
