Relaxation is a great way to
help one cope with stress and to help one feel they are in control. Unfortunately,
most of us do not know how to relax when we need to. For this lab assignment,
please try some of various relaxation techniques outlined below or described
in the links provided. These techniques can be used to help relieve stress
and tension, which can lead to negative health consequences if they are
not addressed.
Examples of relaxation techniques
