Plan of Action Part 5

Complete part 5 of the Plan of Action assignment and turn it in with your final project. This will be used as part of your class participation for lab 9.

Instructions for delivering the assignment

  1. Save the following .rtf or .txt file to your local hard drive.
  2. Open the files and fill in the rows of at least 4 types of support you may need to help you accomplish the short term goal outlined in your project. Save.
  3. Send the completed file to the instructor via email along with the rest of your final project.
    • Attach the .rtf or .txt file to the email message and send.
    • Be sure to title the message: HHS 241 Plan of Action Pt 5.
  4. Please follow the due date listed in the Calendar of Assignments.

How can your find the support you need? Usually all you have to do is ask. When you ask for support be open and honest. Most of the time you will find the person you asked may need support from you in some form, thus you could also be their support.

One thing to remember when turning to others for support is that usually no single person can offer all the kinds of support you may need. Don't count on your good friend or significant other do to be all things. This could put too much strain on the relationship.

There are various types of support. On the table provided, think about who or what could be your support as it relates to your goal in the class project. Fill in at least three rows of support you may need in order to reach your goals you developed earlier in the term.
