We all heard about it, you might even be carrying around a Day Timer. Learning time management skills is often the best way to help reduce stress. In this lab we will exam ways to use time management skills as a why to help get things organized and to help reduce stress. Instructions for delivering the assignment

  1. Save the following .rtf or .txt files to your local hard drive.
  2. Open the file, print out the worksheet, and fill it out.

  4. With the worksheet handy fill in and submit the quiz.
