Lab 7
Stress Management |

How one views and handles stress
can plan an important role in their overall lifetime health/fitness and
quality of life. Though not all stress can be considered negative, when
we think or talk about it, it is often in the negative form. How you respond
to stress is crucial for surviving life's ups and downs. Learning how
to stay in control of stress, instead of letting it control you, will
help you live a healthier life.
It will be impossible to discuss
all stress has to offer in one lab setting, so for this lab we will identify
your stressors and look at ways you may be able to reduce them. Next week
we will look at other ways to reduce stress, such as exercise and relaxation
techniques.
If excess stress is an issue
