Lab 2
Journaling |

One of the best ways to assess what you do in your life is through journaling.
Once you know your behavior patterns, it makes it easier to change and
chart those behaviors you wish to. The hardest part about journaling is
doing it, however. Journaling is found to be one of the best tools in
helping people learn how to change undesirable behaviors and habits. During
this lab, you will be journaling in order to get a better look at your
activity level and dietary patterns.
It is essential that you do not put off your journaling until the last
couple of days before your next lab. Use the following charts and logs
for journaling.
