Examples/Definitions
For data, you can try to find an exponential function that
nearly fits a given data set The function is of the form . One method to find this
function is to use two data points and determine the constants a and b.
Another method that is more precise and takes the entire data set into account
is called exponential regression. Most scientific calculators have exponential
regression built in.
