Proctored Exams

By the end of Unit 3, specify a proctor for the final exam by sending an email to the instructor. Please provide the following in the email:

• Name
• Title/position
• Address
• Phone
• Fax
• Email

Read more about proctored exams and how to locate a proctor on the OSU Extended Campus website's Exams & Assignments page. Students usually locate proctors at community college testing centers, OSU Extension offices, or local libraries. Work supervisors are acceptable test proctors also.

OSU Extended Campus will send the proctor the password necessary to take the exam in Blackboard. This means your proctor center must have access to a good Internet connection. If you are unable to use an electronic testing center, please consult with the instructor for alternative testing.

Recontact your proctor during Unit 7 to confirm the time and location of your proctored exam. See the schedule in Blackboard for exact date range of the text.
