Feed and Water Requirements
- Feed: 325 to 350 lb feed/100 lb pork, 780-840 lb per pig
- Water: 2-3 lbs of water for every lb of feed consumed
Feed Processing
- Grains must be ground - 3/16” to 1/4”
- Gain and utilization greater on pelleted diets
